Prices depend on the model you choose and how many people there are in your group.
Model 1 is turistico. Prices start from 350 EU a night excl. IVA and the minimum stay is 2 nights. This is when you rent the complete house *excl. yoga room. The price then depends on the number of people in your group. The house is ideal for large groups. The rental fee includes electricity (max 26KWH per day), water and gas, cleaning articles, bed linen and hand towels. It does not include large bath towels or fire wood.
Model 2 is retreats. Retreats start at 50 EU excl. IVA pp per night full board, depending on the size of the group. You can of course have a retreat and cook yourself. Then the prices of Model 1 apply. Alternatively, you could hire your own chef. We can help you with contact numbers of some local chefs. Large bath towels are not included in the price.
Terms and conditions: We ask 200 EU deposit to secure the reservation. This should be transferred to our bank account Caixa Bank ES6021001035210200067806 under the name of Samantha Sancto, Casa Rural La Buena Vida. The rest can either be paid on the day of arrival or you can be transferred a few days before you arrive.
Additionally, if you are reserving model 1 , we request a 200 EU damage and cleaning deposit. This will be paid back to you a few days after you leave, if there are no damages and the house is left clean. When you book, we also ask a copy of your ID (front and back), so that we can prepare a contract for you and ourselves. If you cancel less than 4 weeks before the reservation date, the deposit is non-refundable. However, it may be possible to find an alternative date.
Electricity prices have doubled. We have not raised our prices but are now forced to take action going forward. The average electricity consumption in this house is 26KWH per day. This will be included in the rental price. Anything above this will be charged to the customer. We therefor ask you to turn off the lights, tv, dishwasher, fans and air conditioning unless you are actually using them. A meter reading will be taken upon arrival and when you leave. We ask our guests to respect our neighbours; therefore, we ask that any loud music, singing, etc. should take place in the house (community room) after midnight and not in the pool area. Of course, there are exceptions, but these must be organised beforehand, so that we can get permission or licenses.
Generally, pets are not allowed. Sometimes, we make exceptions, but this must be agreed beforehand.
Parents are responsible for their children. Please do not let the children play alone in the community room or outside. In the community room, there is a billiard table. Children tend to throw or drop the balls. This causes damage. We have a pool and an ancient water deposit which can both be dangerous for Children.
Please treat our house like you would treat your own house and respect our property. We have worked (and still are working) hard to make La Buena Vida a pleasant place to stay.
